Fans of Glenlivet whisky will enjoy this single cask release from Signatory Vintage. It was distilled in 2006 and then matured in a single first-fill sherry butt for 16 years before being bottled for the Cask Strength Collection at 58.7% ABV.
Dried fruit, sherried peels, brown sugar, and toffee apples.
Gentle wisps of smoke move through vanilla fudge, orange peel, garden herbs, oily walnuts, raisins, and a hint of mint.
Long and drying with baking spice.
