It's the third batch of single malt Irish whiskey released by the Dingle distillery in the south-west of Ireland! While the first batch was drawn from bourbon casks and the second batch was drawn from bourbon and Pedro Ximénez casks, batch three is a marriage of bourbon cask and Port cask-matured whiskey!
Hot chocolate and salted caramel, with a touch of dried mango.
Malty and very slightly earthy, with a good whack of dried fruit bringing balance to the palate.
Chocolate chip cookies, five-spice, menthol.

I was keeping this but got nosey and wanted a taste. A pity but it was a bit of a let down. This is a very young whiskey and that taste dominates the whole liquid. There’s a base earthiness and taste of wood but there’s nothing else in for me. A short step from a poitin.
I like my whiskeys peaty. And was very surprised by this sweet taste. It’s not bad, but not my flavour. It reminds me of a whisky liquor.
Bittles Bar, Belfast. Great new experience. Rougher than a Redbreast but definitely nice. Lots of dried grapes.
Dingle Single Malt No.3 Bottling Note is the best whiskey I had ever drink, I like this whiskey band also Royal Oak Whisky | Solid as Oak - Smooth as Royalty
