
The sixth batch of limited edition single malt Irish whiskey from the Dingle Distillery, on Ireland's south-west coast! This batch of delicious triple distilled whiskey has been treated to a maturation exclusively in Port casks, imparting hearty helpings of jammy berries and vinous fruit character to the creamy malt at its core. Superb stuff once again from Dingle, we can see this going well with a cheese board after dinner!
An array of gingerbread, runny caramel, and toasted nuts, followed by fragrant dried orange peels.
Fluffy pancakes with berry compote, drizzled with a generous dusting of spice and dark nutty syrup. More red fruits follow, joined by malty chocolate and warming ginger.
The sweetness and spice come to an intense finish, with honeyed fruits and cinnamon lingering.
