Single cask Teaninich from indie bottler The Single Cask! Who'd have thought? Distilled in 2013 it was matured for eight years, including a finish in a first-fill ruby Port barrel. Just 56 bottles were released at a generous 58.1% ABV.
Raspberry coulis, buttery oak, cinnamon, and chocolate.
Salted caramel, hedgerow fruits, and spiced dark chocolate.
Wine-y tannins, stewed cherry, and cinnamon.
