Indie Teaninich, aged for 19 years in a single cask before being bottled by Hunter Laing for the Old Malt Cask range. This whisky was left to slumber in July 1999, then bottled in August 2018 with an outturn of 284 bottles.
Toasted sugar, tea leaf, cut herbs and cereals.
Grassy at first, though soon enough followed by caraway, caramel and dried strawberry.
Cinnamon, vanilla-y barley and winter spices.
