Single Malt

You don't see a lot of single malt from Teaninich Distillery, which is a shame as they make some terrific whiskies. What's lucky though, is that we have a wonderful 13-year-old whisky from Teaninich here, which was distilled in 2009 and matured in first-fill Bolgheri red wine hogsheads, before it was bottled by Signatory Vintage for its Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Spicy blackberries, cherries, dried hay, and oaky vanilla.
Full-bodied malt character is joined by red berries, liquorice, allspice, and drizzles of treacle.
Pepper, and some earthy herbs.
