Douglas Laing
Scotland
Single Malt
This single malt was distilled at Tamnavulin in October 2015 and filled into a single refill hogshead, where it remained for the next eight years. In September 2024, indie bottler Douglas Laing cracked open the cask, yielding an outturn of 426 bottles, without added colour or chill filtration.
Zesty notes of lemon peels, dustings of icing sugar, fresh dough, and woody spice.
Juicy barley joins waves of marmalade and citrus, with toasted brown sugar, and spicy hints of ginger and clove.
Malt loaf, runny caramel, vanilla fudge, balanced spice.
