Bottled as part of French indie bottlers, Swell de Spirits Wonders of the World series, this Indiana straight rye whiskey was distilled in 2017 and finished in an Islay single malt cask before being bottled in 2022. Only 455 bottles were produced of this single cask rye whiskey, bottled at cask strength, non-chill filtered and with no added colour.
Peppery spice, with ripe peaches, burnt sugar, and a touch of earthy peat.
Fresh baked banana bread, with malt loaf, floral honey, toasted oak, and warming spice.
Peppery rye spice builds, with oaky vanilla.
