258 bottles of this Strathmill malt whisky were filled from a single refill butt at a natural cask strength of 51% abv after more than 32 years maturing (June 1983 - September 2015).
Prunes, sultanas and orange peel, fruitcake and pantry aromas.
Honeycomb and muesli with raisins, hints of bergamot, mint and oatcakes.
Spicy and fruity.
This is very special, thick sherry you need a knife to cut through. If you like big, sherries whisky which is clean and full of flavour this won't disappoint.
