A whisky from the Sons of Scotland range from Stirling! The Arngibbon hails from Speyside (though we know not exactly where), and the single malt was rested in bourbon hogsheads for eight years. It's named after the Arngibbon Distillery which operated in Stirlingshire for just six years in 1825 – but now it lives on in this creamy expression!
Vanilla sponge and buttercream, along with fresh nectarine, and heather honey.
Oily malt, vanilla fudge, and warming oak. Malty oak and soft butter tablet
Buttery oak and a helping of woody vanilla pod.

Picked this up as an impulse buy after passing through Stirling, and what a pleasant surprise. Very light and buttery, quite malty. Loved it
