
A 10 year old Irish whiskey from the St. Patrick's range. Not only has this matured for a decade, it also enjoyed a finishing period in sherry casks, imparting helpings of sweet dried fruit and festive spices into the mix. Well suited to being enjoyed as a post-meal tipple.

Citrus remains from the nose, fruity and floral. Nutty notes build on the palate, with subtle cinnamon and clove.
