It's the 21st wonderful batch of St. George single malt from California! The expression was first released back in 2000, and it looks like the whiskey is only getting better as we go on. Lot 21 is selected and blended from a collection of 26 different casks from the St. George whiskey library, including Kentucky bourbon barrels, Tennesee whiskey barrels, American and French oak apple brandy casks, agricole rum casks, and Calfornia Sauternes-style sweet wine casks.
Dustings of cocoa, chocolate coffee beans, roasted nuts, and zesty marmalade.
Dark chocolate-covered nuts, barley sugar sweeties, candied oranges, and baking spice.
Bitter orange marmalade and rich malty notes wrap things up.
