A rather impressive addition to the Symington's Choice Cask Strength Collection from Signatory, it's a 35-year-old single malt from Springbank! Distilled in 1989, the whisky matured for 35 years in a single refill oloroso sherry butt, yielding 345 bottles when it was opened in 2024.
