Yet another yummy indie bottling from Doulgas Laing and their Old Particular range - this one featuring single malt Scotch whisky from the Speyside distillery. It was distilled in December 2000 and aged in a refill barrel for 15 years, before being bottled in November 2016. 333 bottles were produced.
Caramelised peels, peach and peppery oak warmth.
Vanilla develops further on the palate. Full-bodied malt.
Black pepper continues with a touch of chocolate ice cream.
