This is an 8 year old Speyburn single malt, distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2015 by Hidden Spirits for their Young Rebels Collection No.1, which sounds a bit like a Rod Stewart song. The label features one of those fish with the teeth and lights on their head. Not sure what those are called. Google it yourself. We can't do everything, you know!
Nutty vanilla, black liquorice and a pinch of milk chocolate.
Green apple and a heaped spoonful of brown sugar. Pecans, too.
Flaky pastry and some fennel.
