This Bavarian single malt whisky from Slyrs has enjoyed a stay in Pedro Ximénez casks, for a whole host of nuttiness, and layers of fruit. A delicious dram from the German distillery.
The sherry character comes through, with spiced, sticky fruitcake, and juicy cherries.
Sherry sweetness, warm ginger and clove, with dried prunes and raisins.
