
A sherried Slyrs single malt whisky here. After an initial two-and-a-half years in new American white oak barrels, the spirit then spent four years in Amontillado casks, some up to 50 years old from the famous Bodegas Tradición in Jerez, Spain.
Ripe apples, roasted hazelnuts, vanilla, baking spice, and wine-stained oak.
Acacia honey, peaches in cream, chewy sultanas, orange peel, and butterscotch.
Long and dry with sherried peels.
