Mystery Speyside single malt from Signatory, distilled in April 2009 and rested in a refill butt for 13 years. In June 2022 the whisky was bottled for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection, with those classic Speyside flavours of fresh fruit, creaminess, and gentle spices.
Tropical fruit, pear skin, peppery oak, and lemon curd.
More creamy now, with woody spices, cinnamon butter, and juicy melon.
Red apple and baking spices linger.
