Indie bottlers Signatory Vintage have selected this single malt Scotch whisky from an unnamed Speyside distillery to join its Un-Chillfiltered Collection. This whisky was distilled in 2009 and matured for 13 years before being bottled in 2022.
Dried hay and poached apples, with warm oaky spice, and oily lemon peel.
Crumbly shortbread, with more stewed apple, cinnamon, and allspice.
Spices linger, with some oak character.
