This secretive Speysider hails from a mystery distillery, though we do know that it was distilled in 2005. It spent its 13 years of ageing in a hogshead cask, until the single malt was bottled up by Signatory for its Un-Chillfiltered Collection at 46% ABV. Perhaps you can use your powers of deduction (and taste) to figure out where this one came from...
Fruity, with notes of cantaloupe, lemon curd and pear crumble.
Oak spice and creamy vanilla, with orchard fruit and honeyed spiced.
Cinnamon-spiced fruit lingers.
