Mystery Speyside single malt, independently bottled by Signatory for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection. This one was distilled in Speyside... Somewhere... Back in 2009, and matured in refill butt casks for 12 years, before it was bottled up at 46% ABV. No chill-filtration, and no clues as to which distillery it came from.
Honeycomb, fragrant barley, crushed walnuts.
Lemon zest and gingerbread, with a smidge of earthy, oily oak.
Peaches in syrup, cassia, cardamom.
