Symington’s 10 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky
This ten-year-old blend from Signatory Vintage was created from a small batch of sherry and bourbon casks and bottled in 2025 at 46% without colouring or chill filtration.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Soft toffee, baked apples and gentle spice with hints of dried fruit and malt loaf.
Palate
Rich and balanced with honeyed cereal, vanilla, sultanas and light oak plus a touch of citrus.
Finish
Medium length with malt sweetness, soft spice and a gentle sherried echo.
