This addition to the Un-Chillfiltered Collection from indie bottler Signatory hails from an undisclosed distillery on the isle of Orkney. Distilled in 2009, the single malt matured for 13 years in a selection of bourbon hogsheads until it was bottled without added colour or chill filtration in 2023.
