Independent bottler Signatory presents this Orkney single malt as one of its 100 Proof Editions. Distilled in 2010, the whisky matured for 14 years in a host of first-fill oloroso sherry butts before it was bottled in 2024 at a robust 57.1% ABV. We wonder whether the letters 'HP' in brackets on the label provide a clue as to its distillery of origin...
This whisky is non chill filtered and natural colour at an impressive cask strength. It has all the characteristics of a classic Highland Park and the impressive strength gives you the option to add water to your taste or not! Worth every penny
