24 year old Speyside whisky from the Cragganmore distillery. This was distilled on the 20th October 1985 and aged in hogshead number 1994 before bottling on the 20th November 2009. A release of 233 individually numbered bottles at cask strength. Presented in stunning decanter bottles.
Nose A woody, spicy nose offering up vanilla, oak and peppermint. Hints of coconut and malt.
Palate Sweet on the palate, lots of barley peppercorns, hay, chamomile tea and honey.
Finish Good length, sweet and spicy.
