Description
It's another wonderful Scallywag from Douglas Laing! This release of the blended malt celebrates the Scottish pastime of Munro Bagging, and has been matured exclusively in sherry casks. What is Munro Bagging you ask? A Munro is a mountain in Scotland over 3,000 feet and the country boasts 280 of them, and bagging is when you climb them! Just 600 bottles were released at 48% ABV.

Nose
Obvious sherry influence, with rich mocha notes alongside dried fruit sweetness.
Palate
Baking spice and dark chocolate brownie, with more plump dried berries.
Finish
Chocolate ganache lingers alongside a hint of fig.
