Royal Lochnagar is one of the few distilleries permitted to use Royal in its name. This Royal Lochnagar has been bottled by Douglas Laing for their Old Malt Cask series.
Caramel and wood spice intrigue the nose and are followed by toffee and red fruits on the palate. The finish is reasonably long with some big spicy notes.
