Famous bourbon brand Rebel Yell has undergone a rebrand for a new generation of rebels. "Rowdy yet refined", this new look straight bourbon is the original recipe made with wheat, corn and malted barley.
Please note: The quality of the label may show some scuffing, but fear not, the bourbon within is unaffected!
Honey, vanilla, slightly woody raisin and candy sticks.
Sultanas, nectarine and hints of prune. Vanilla throughout.
Warming pressed apple.
Still enjoyable in the midnight hour.
£5.54 - £45.75
Good enough to sip and works well mixed. Classic bourbon.
It’s a good bourbon whiskey amongst its price range.
Canny drop, indeed.
Absolutely love it, I own a few and am constantly looking for others. Then I see this page and see even more bottles. ie french oak, small batch, small batch rye. Have Rebel yell, Rebel 100 , Rebel distiller’s collection. Old Ezra 7. Need the Rebel 10 can’t find anywhere in TN. I want them ALL
I think this stuff has a very pleasant taste. I am a complete "amateur" in the whole "whiskey snob" universe, but I know what I like, and I like Rebel (Yell), or whatever you prefer to call it now. I've tried about a 1/2 dozen bottom to mid shelf brands in the last year, and Rebel is the best one by quite a bit that I've tried. I thought Evan Williams tasted like gasoline, Ezra Brooks was pretty good, but Rebel just appeals to me for some reason, maybe because it's a "wheater", but for me it gets the job done.
