Pursuit Double Oak Bourbon
Built on the foundation of Pursuit United’s signature bourbon blend, this Double Oaked edition dives into extra indulgence. It’s crafted from three mashbills across three states, each contributing layers of flavour:
Bardstown Bourbon Co. – 78% corn, 10% rye, 12% malted barley
Tennessee Distilling Partner – 80% corn, 10% rye, 10% malted barley
Finger Lakes Distilling – 70% local corn, 20% red winter wheat, 10% malted barley
After blending, the whiskey is finished with custom 36-month seasoned French oak staves, medium toasted for an ultra-creamy texture and waves of butterscotch. Bottled at 108 proof, it’s lush, balanced, and wonderfully rich.
