A well-aged, single cask Port Ellen independently bottled by Douglas Laing? This should be really something. The closed Islay distillery produced this whisky in May 1982 and allowed it to mature in a single cask (#9964) before it was cracked open in August 2015. It was bottled for the Old Particular range by Douglas Laing without chill-filtration or additional colouring. This is one of just 286 bottles.
