Distilled in September 2006, a cracking single grain from Port Dundas. After 15 years of maturation, the whisky was independently bottled by Signatory in August 2022 to join its Single Grain Collection.
Floral notes of vanilla and raspberry with a creamy, sugary touch of crème brûlée.
Buttery oak and toasted sourdough with sweet strawberry jam, backed up by silky honey and vanilla fudge.
Butterscotch, a hint of citrus zest, and drying anise.
