Indri 11 Year Old Founder's Reserve Wine Cask was matured fully in Bordeaux red wine casks. For 11 years. In India. That is a long time. Just 1,100 bottles were filled at a boisterous 58.5% ABV. Expect bags of flavour from this.
Dark fruit, oak tannins, orange peel, fruit loaf, a soft earthiness and tropical notes.
Bramble berries, baking spice, guava, pink peppercorns, and drying oak.
Red fruits and a hint of eucalyptus.
