Description

A homage to the great American bison, in whiskey form! After a seven-day fermentation, this bourbon is distilled with natural artesian spring water with a notably soft profile. Matured for at least four years in American oak barrels, it's a classic straight bourbon, layered with sweet caramel, vanilla, oak char, and gentle spice.

Nose

Caramel, oaken vanilla, sweet cinnamon, a touch of pepper.

Palate

Layers of vanilla cream and toasted sugar, with baking spices and oak char in tow.

Finish

Sweet oak, a touch of maple, and cinnamon.
