The sixth edition of Vega blended malt from North Star Spirits! This time, the team has created a rich, decadent expression from malt whiskies aged for at least 22 years, bottled in July 2019. A release of 1,205 bottles. According to North Star Spirits, Vega will replace Polaris as our North Star in 11,000 years. So be ready for that.
Toasty cinnamon and black pepper, with a touch of earthy pine. Layers of dried fruit build after a few minutes in the glass.
Tobacco, caramelised nuts, dates, toffee pennies and honeycomb.
Softly sherried, with enough Christmas spice to give it some heat.
