An indie bottling of single malt from an undisclosed distillery on Orkney, finished in a Pedro Ximenéz Sherry cask! It was aged for 17 years, from September 2000 to September 2017, before North Star Spirits got their hands on it and bottled the whisky at cask strength. 366 bottles were produced.
