Joining the Obscurities and Curiosities collection from North Star Spirits, which features a host of more unusual finds from the indie bottler's archives, this 11-year-old single malt is said to hail from a distillery near Ballindaloch. To save you digging out a map, Ballindaloch is a small village located on the River Spey, and it has its own castle.
