Description

This grand old single grain Scotch whisky hails from the North British distillery and was independently bottled up by Signatory for its Cask Strength Collection. Matured in a pair of refill sherry butts between October 1991 and November 2022, when a total of 534 bottles were released at a cask strength of 54.6% ABV.

Nose

Sweet flapjack, honey sweetness, and candied fruits.

Palate

Crunchy granola, apple, fruit cake, and gingerbread.

Finish

Chocolate honeycomb and festive spice.
