Distilled at North British in 2008, this single grain Scotch spent the next 17 years maturing in a host of first-fill sherry hogsheads and refill bourbon barrels. The whisky was independently bottled by Signatory, without added colour or chill filtration, for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
