A splendid single grain Scotch from the North British distillery, independently bottled by Signatory. Distilled in June 2009, the whisky spent 14 years maturing in a host of six bourbon barrels until it was bottled without added colour or chill filtration in 2024.
Creamy layers of soft stone fruits and toasted grain, vanilla custard, and charred oak.
Runny caramel, buttery flapjack, peach, honey, milk bottle sweeties, and gentle oaken spice.
Fruit and vanilla linger, with creamy milk chocolate and citrus zest.
