From independent bottler Signatory Vintage comes this North British single grain Scotch whisky matured in four different bourbon barrels, casks 260317, 260342, 260346, and 260347. The 2009 vintage whisky was aged for 14 years before it was bottled without filtration or colouring at 46% ABV.
Lemon peel, toffee, vanilla, ginger, and oak.
Caramel, baking spices, ripe yellow fruits, and grain.
Long and sweet.
