The latest cask-strength batch of bourbon from Never Say Die, distilled in Kentucky, and shipped to England to mature. A mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley results in a silky smooth, buttery caramel profile, with soft spice bringing elegant balance. A total of 188 bottles were drawn from this single cask.

Nose
Oak char and vanilla lead, with zesty citrus oils and a touch of cinnamon.
Palate
The spice continues on the palate, with woody cinnamon and nutmeg, kept in check by buttery toffee and leathery oak.
Finish
