Small but mighty, Nagahama distillery sits on the shores of Lake Biwa. This single malt from Japan's smallest craft distillery has spent its time maturing in a trio of casks, starting in bourbon before moving to peated Islay whiskey, and finishing in a Sauternes cask. The result is a whisky that's layered with soft fruit and subtle smoke notes. Delicious.
