Bourbon

A Signatory bottling of single malt from the Mortlach distillery, drawn from a pair of first-fill bourbon barrels. These casks were filled in March 2008 and emptied in March 2018 (just six days before the whisky's 10th birthday!). 493 bottles were produced.
Hickory, fiery cinnamon, butter and spicy rye.
Vanilla pod earthiness, cumin powder, orange and clove.
Peanut brittle, red chilli flakes and milk chocolate.
