Well sherried Mortlach - what a way to celebrate your 30th anniversary! This is a special edition bottling from Signatory, released as part of its 30th anniversary celebrations. The whisky was distilled by Mortlach in may 1991 and left to age in a single refill sherry butt for 27 years, before being bottled in June 2018. 542 bottles were produced, each one presented with a case and a pair of tasting glasses.
