19 year old Mortlach single malt Scotch whisky drawn from a pair of hogshead casks, bottled as part of the Signatory Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It was distilled in July 1996 and bottled in July 2016, just a few days before its 20th birthday.
Meaty malt, complemented by robust baking spices and toffee.
Orange peels, nutmeg and cinnamon, raisins and crushed walnuts.
Woody spice and toast.
