Mortlach single malt Scotch whisky, bottled by Duncan Taylor for the Octave range. As well as being matured for 16 years, the whisky enjoyed a finishing period in an ex-sherry octave cask. Much smaller than a sherry butt, it holds much less whisky, which is why the Octave range is always made of small batches. This one, for example, is just 65 bottles.
