From Signatory's excellent Un-Chillfiltered Collection independent bottling range comes a 14-year-old Mortlach single malt. This expression was distilled back in 2008 and matured in a trio of hogshead casks before eventually being bottled up at 46% ABV in 2023 with no chill-filtration, as promised.
Fresh pear, heather, milk chocolate, butterscotch, and winter spices.
Earthy vanilla, zesty orange, and thyme honey with a prickle of nutmeg and black pepper.
Salted caramel and sharp green apples.
