A top indie Mortlach here, distilled in Speyside in 2009 and rested in a pair of wine casks for the next 11 years. In 2020, Langside bottled it up for the Hepburn's Choice series, with 715 bottles released. Meaty Mortlach and juicy wine casks – a dreamy combination!

Nose
Toasted fruitcake, with date sweetness balanced by tart cranberry.
Palate
Garden herbs, pain au chocolat, spiced and stewed plum, and a whiff of barbecued meats.
Finish
Spiced dark chocolate on a peppery finish.
