A sherried Mortlach, this 10-year-old release from Signatory’s Small Batch Edition series highlights the distillery’s renowned intensity.
Distilled in 2014, it spent a decade maturing before being finished in first-fill Pedro Ximénez hogsheads, layering deep sherried sweetness over Mortlach’s signature meaty backbone. It was bottled at 48.2% ABV, non-chill filtered, and naturally coloured.
Dark dried fruits, treacle, and hints of toasted vanilla.
Rich raisins, spiced oak, and dark chocolate, with a velvety PX sweetness.
Long, warming, and indulgent, with lingering caramel and espresso notes.
