Description
Single cask Mortlach, aged for 10 years before joining the extensive Old Malt Cask range from Hunter Laing. This was distilled in July 2007 and bottled in November 2017, producing just 317 bottles.

Nose
Dark chocolate, rye bread and chicory.
Palate
Dried apple, Demerara sugar, roasted coffee bean, hazelnut.
Finish
Meaty malt and a touch of rosemary.
